After assessing the business’ strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats we develop strategies to maximize the company’s performance where needed. We then create a plan to accomplish the objectives and execute the plan. I have successfully coached owners and senior management of companies of all sizes and in all stages of development; from startups to owner exit.
